Street child play

I really liked this activity. There were some moments when I felt as I am a street child for real. I had a task of this day. My day's mission as a street child was to build a bed for my self. I was stealing boxes from others. I was protecting "my home" from others. When I asked for money too. I was singing strange song. When I was singing this song for others "street children" they usually went laughing. It was a little bit distresstful for me. A the end of the day I was happy that I completed my mission. When I was acting a street child I understood that life of street child is really hard. Child have to protect his home, find some food, get some money. My character was a bit different from others. I wasn't involved in any serious relationships with other street children. I was all by my self. There were only me and my street. The monologue that we did before helped me a lot to stay in my role. I think that after this activity I know my character much better.
