Evaluation

Our performance was really amazing, especially compared to what we were like, even just two lessons before the day. Everyone thought that we would simply do an ok job, but we proved ourselves wrong. It was a really tough assignment, especially the scripting. This was the hardest part of the entire proect for me, because you didn't want the script to be cheesy, and you had to think alot about what you wrote to make it seem even somewhat realistic. At first i sort of doubted that certain scenarios would work in the play, but in the end they turned out to be some of the highlights. My favorite part of making this play, was probably the performance, because i got to see all of our hard work come together in such a satisfying way. When our class first started to construct this piece of drama, we all goofed around alot, and didn't take very seriously. But as we came nearer to the performance, i think we all got it together. I felt like it was a really good experiance for me to play the character that i did, because it really opened my eyes to what alot of people around the world have to live through every day, and it got me thinking alot about i would do if i were in thier shoes, which maybe translated a bit over into my performace. All in all, i think that our class really worked hard to get were we got, and that we put out a very useful, informative, and thought-provoking piece of drama.
